• Glucosamine – Stimulates healthy cartilage growth and thickens synovial fluid which supports healthy joint mechanics and function. This supplement hydrates cartilage for smoother, more supple joint movement and performance.

• Chondroitin Sulphate – an abundant source of Glycosaminoglycan (GAG) which aids cartilage flexibility and inhibits cartilage destroying enzymes.
