The Probiotics

• Enterococcus faecium – helps establish a healthy gut microflora and stops regrowth of bad bacteria in its tracks. It also enhances long-term immunity,  

• Lactobacillus acidophilus – rarely found in most dog probiotics, it helps stabilise the gut and can reduce the amount of moisture in the stools for firmer poos. 

The Prebiotics

• FOS (Fructo-oligosaccharides) – feeds the good bacteria & helps them to flourish and multiply helping them overpower bad bacteria. 

• MOS (Mannan-oligosaccharides) – attracts the bad bacteria and helps to carry it out of the body – reducing the harmful bacteria in the gut.

• Pectin – a friendly fibre that helps dry out stools and ferments to rebalance the salts often lost with tummy upsets. Can also aid with soothing the gut lining.  

• Kaolin – assists with carrying away toxins by attracting them to cling on to their kaolin molecules ready to exit the body at poo-time.

• Glutamine Peptides –  fuels the gut’s metabolism and supports regrowth of cells in the gut lining. During tummy upsets, the natural production of Glutamine is hindered, so we supplement them to assist recovery.

Not for long term use: This fast relief pre & probiotic paste should usually be fed for 3-5 days to aid in resettling your dog’s digestive tract.
